Potter Ridge is excited to have an opportunity like no other to help you plan for your future – today! We offer a waitlist option that is designed to fit your needs and puts you, the resident in the driver’s seat.
How does it work?
When you fill out the No Fee Waitlist Option you then select the apartment style(s) that may be of interest to you. Some people list only the styles they would consider such as one specific design or sometimes will list first to last choice. With you being in the driver’s seat, you may change your options as often as you wish!
After you fill out the information, you will be required to send in a $300.00 check payable to Potter Ridge. This check is not cashed and tucked away until you are ready to move in. At that time your $300.00 check is cashed and applied towards your first month’s rent. If your circumstances change we simply return the check to you or can shred it for you. Literally, no cost to you!
The sooner you get on the waitlist, the better. We put the waitlists in the order received. By saying no to an open apartment you do not lose your spot. As people who have joined the waitlist prior to you move in, you then move up the priority list. It is truly a win-win situation!
