At Potter Ridge Senior Living, our tagline is “Enhancing Life Together.” Our staff accompany our residents on their life journey and work collaboratively with each individual to provide person-centered care to improve their overall quality of life. We take this work seriously and it is our absolute honor to be able to provide our seniors with the care they need and the amenities they deserve.
Recently, our Executive Director led a team building exercise with the rest of the leadership team. Each person reviewed a long list of personal values that they then narrowed down to the top-three that resonate with them in the workplace. Team members took time to share about their top choices and how those values describe them individually. From there, the group narrowed down the team’s top values – the things that drive how and why we enhance life together. From there, we incorporated those top values with our tagline to develop our team’s own personalized mission statement:
“Enhancing life together by providing high-quality care through accountability and compassion.”
- Quality – From the food we provide to the care residents receive, quality is an ongoing focus of our team. We continuously strive for excellence and take resident and guest feedback constructively to continue to enhance the quality of the care and service we provide.
- Accountability – We are a dedicated and motivated team who work together for the greater good of the Potter Ridge community. We hold ourselves and our team to high standards. Our team’s emphasis on accountability helps us maintain our excellent reputation within the Red Wing community.
- Compassion – Compassion is key when supporting seniors and working effectively with team members. Meeting people where they are at and showing how we care for one another is what makes Potter Ridge truly feel like a family.
